Coming Soon: Laser based graffiti/pollution/paint removal
Looking to remove graffiti, paint, or centuries old pollution from your brick, stone, or concrete? Perhaps you’d like to remove the 15 layers of paint on the original trim, bannister, or doors in your beautiful Victorian home? Not quite yet, but soon enough, Mr. Renovator plans to offer laser cleaning for wood/masonry/and steel surfaces. Useful for a number of residential, commercial, and industrial applications, laser cleaning is a fast, safe, and thorough, dust-free option, for stripping, and rejuvenating a wide variety of surfaces, for a myriad of applications.
Color Matching Mortar
One of the services we provide will be a relative, to near perfectly matched mortar color to that of the pre existing structure. Our results are based on many factors, including type and age of medium, previous repairs, variegation in the pre existing substrates, and various environmental conditions. we are happy to include this service in any of our quotes, at your request.
Masonry (Re)pigmentation
Are some of the bricks in your home the wrong colour? a previous repair has used a completely different mortar color and it shows? Perhaps you’re not happy with the colour of your bricks at all? We can “paint” your previously unpainted home with PERMATINT. A masonry/concrete SAFE, water based mineral stain, designed for structural longevity, and to retain the breathability of the surface of your masonry. No chipping paint. No failing mortar/bricks/stone due to moisture freezing while unable to escape. Feel free to ask/contact us for details.
Locksmithing
While, the nature of our business means that we aren’t always available for emergency locksmithing services (we just may be asleep during those late hours), we do provide safe, legal entry into personal homes or automobiles, in emergencies, and we are happy to change over, upgrade, remove, or otherwise, install any lock, latch, entry, or safety related hardware, in your home or business. We don’t just do masonry and painting: we can help you with any project, from a full scale demo to renovation, to refinishing or installing floors, drywall installation, taping, and resurfacing, deckbuilding, and more. Repointing
At Mr. Renovator, we take a “No job is to big, or too small” approach, to securing the integrity of your structure. As a result, we are happy to assess any concerns you may have via email, if you can include detailed pictures, at no cost.

We are happy to help you create the space youve always wanted, and would be delighted to build any brick/stone/concrete feature, for your yard, home, or office space, including address stones, water features, porch cladding, flagstone or cement paving stones for hardscaping, fire pits, pizza ovens, and outdoor barbecue enclosures. Just about any thing you may like.
Painting
We provide premium painting services, for most any residential, commercial, or industrial need, from brush and roller, spray application, color matching, staining, clearcoats, and oil/wax finish on wood and furniture products.
